You’re Invited to EIT FAN Helsinki’s Demo Day
It has been an intense 4 months for the 10 startups chosen to join EIT FAN Helsinki 2020, but now the day is finally here. That’s right, it’s DEMO DAY!
After months of lectures, workshops, and mentoring sessions, the startups will have an opportunity to show just how far they have come since the program began in June of this year. On October 6th, 2020, each startup will have a chance to pitch their new and improved business model and concept. Two of those startups will then be awarded the opportunity to pitch at the EIT Food Venture summit 2020 along with the winning startups at the 5 other EIT FAN hubs. At the EIT Food Venture summit, they will then pitch again for the chance to win one of three 100 000€ cash prizes.
The event will be hosted in a hybrid format with the key actors in the program gathering to listen to the pitches face-to-face for the first time since the program began at Epicenter Helsinki. While the CoVid-19 restrictions prevent EIT FAN from inviting as many people as we like to the face-to-face event, everyone is welcome to join online from 12:45 – 17:00 EEST. There is an excellent program for you where you will not only get to listen to some amazing startup pitches, but also hear from Mirva Lampinen about the future plans for the EIT FAN Helsinki hub.
In case you forgot who is pitching, here is the list of amazing startups once again:
